The image “Jagged Beach” will be part of the Fantastic Plastic show, juried by Susan Burnstine at the Watson Studio Gallery in Johnson City, Texas. The show runs from July 25 thru September 19. The artist’s reception is July 25, 4-8pm. This image is a holga image from a set shot at Sutro Baths in San Francisco.

The image “The Gate” from the San Antonio Missions series has been selected to be part of the Parklands: North America’s Crown Jewels exhibition which will be at Filoli Center in Woodside, Ca. The show runs from August 18 – September 27.

Erin is interviewed by Dale Eastman as part of an article on photographers and flickr. Eight of her images, including images from the California Impressions series and her latest project , 365 Days in Polaroid, are included in the article.

Two images, On the Edge, a new image in the California Impressions series, and Clouds Over Mesas, have been selected by juror Christopher Rauschenberg of Blue Sky Gallery, to be in the juried show, Mind’s Eye, at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Mind’s Eye Exhibition will be on display at The Center for Fine Art Photography from May 29 – June 20, 2009.

The image Clouds over Mesas is being used by the Marfa Film Festival to announce the new 2009 film festival on it’s posters and programs.

Several of erin’s images have been published as chapter openers in the new book Information Architecture: Blueprints for the Web.

Images from the California Impressions series are for sale in the Rayko Marketplace at Rayko Photo Center, San Francisco.

The image “Jagged Beach” was selected to be in the annual Plastic Camera Exhibition at Rayko Photo Center in San Francisco, from February 26, 2009 – April 1, 2009.

My portfolio: California Impressions has been selected in the first cut of photolucida’s Critical Mass. The jury is comprised of an international group representing a wide variety of photographic interests. The list of jurors represents gallery owners, curators, publishers, editors, etc. across a range of specialties and photographic preferences.

5 images from my recent Loss: Highway 101 series are on exhibit as part of the Loss: Works from the Bay Area Photographers Collective. The work will be on view at the Berkeley Arts Center through December 6th, 2008.

2 images from my Mission series and Texas images are on view as part of the group 17th Annual Fall American Photography Show at The Hubbard Museum of the American West in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico. The show runs through December 26, 2008.

One image from my Mission series is part of the TPS 17: The National Competition and is on exhibition around Texas the rest of 2008 and through July 2009. Check the Texas Photographic Society website for dates and locations.
