Play! The new book from the Composing with images press, features two images from the “Amico d’Infanzia” series. The book looks at how we interpret play through photographs. All proceeds from the sales go to Marine Toys for Tots Foundations. I am honored to have been selected to be a part of this.
The image “Something Still Remains Undone” from the series “From the Edge of Here” has been selected as part of the Texas Photo Society’s Annual juried member’s show. The exhibition will be at Options Gallery, Odessa College in Odessa, Texas from January 9 – March 9, 2012.
The image was awarded an honorable mention by juror Henry Horenstein, Professor at the Rhode Island School of Design.
The Timescapes show at Collaborate Gallery in Oakland has a writeup in the East Bay Express and was listed as a Pick on Flavorpill. My image “I Stand Amid the Roar” was used in the promo for the pick.
Four of the photogravure images are being exhibited as part of Timescapes, a BAPC juried exhibition being held at Collaborate Gallery in Oakland, CA. Seven artists from the collective have work in the show which was curated by Susan Rippberger and Nicole Hills, both of Collaborate.
The opening coincides with December First Friday.
Show dates: December 2, 2011 – January 25, 2012.

Hours: Tuesday – Friday 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
The gallery also has loose prints for sale from many people in the collective, including myself. Images from several bodies of work, including some new gum prints will be available through January.
The Artist’s Reception for my show at PHOTO is Saturday December 3, from 4-6pm.
